1 minute run; 2 minutes walk to repeat 9 times = 27 minutes
I was supposed to run with my 9-year-old nephew since I thought 27 mins of 1 & 2s aren't so bad for a kid..but I changed my mind at the last minute cos I thought well, he might be sore tomorrow and not be able to go to school. He was disappointed. (._ .) awww it was for his own good. maybe next time. I'll drag him along when I see another session that can be good for him. I should bring Cookie along as well. She needs exercise.
anyway, as usual, I had a battle with my will again. Should I go tonight or leave it for tomorrow? To go or not to go...that is the question (=,=) Good thing I read a chapter about how to overcome something like this and eventually kick your butt out to run yesterday while having my hair permed trololol so I did it and it worked!!!

Anyway, I sweat a ton more a while ago. I was literally dripping wet!! It wasn't a nice sight.. well, i never am anyway haha even my niece noticed. She was like: *laughing* "Si Tita, pawis na pawis" *laughs some more* (Auntie has too much sweat!) "OTL I normally sweat a lot but it was just too much a while ago...I dunno why. Number of rounds were less than the previous one but it just seems like this session was harder than the last. I was dragging my feet during the last 15 seconds of each running minute. *sigh*
Also, I kept on hitting the back/search buttons of my phone, hence the timer kept on restarting trolololol As I rely on the timer as to the number of rounds.. when it restarts, I'm totally lost. xD I may have ran a round less or an additional round more. orz
Next session is planned on Wednesday - Ayala Triangle grounds while waiting for 7pm. Hope I won't have another battle with my will then D= *sigh*
My cousin, Jay, invited me to a run on Sunday. Normally, I wouldn't accept since I have one scheduled the week after. But it was a run for a worthy cause so I thought why not? It's a 4km Rehab Fun Run organized by VMMC for the National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week. No fancy freebies except for the singlet. Since this will be a kilometer less than the usual runs I do, I'll treat this run as one session of week two =D naks! as if...............
